Keeping Yourself Honest

Staying committed to leading a healthy, clean-eating, fat-burning lifestyle takes, well, commitment. Every day, every meal we all have to make choices that determine whether we will store fat or burn it, whether we are tipping our hormones towards balance or towards metabolic dysfunction.
