How It Works

Metabolic Effect Online Fitness Videos offer a unique fitness experience. You can now stream and/or download fitness videos directly from your computer. State-of-the-art fitness can now be accessed anywhere whenever you choose.

What you need?

ME videos can be accessed easily from your computer. All you need is a high-speed Internet connection and you are ready to go. You can purchase one workout at a time or sign-up for unlimited access. Then stream your workout or download it for use later.

You will find a list of workouts in the workout menu. Scroll through the categories until you find a category you like. Select the workout that is right for you and you are off. Quick and simple!!

Viewing videos

Workouts can be viewed in both a small and large size right on your computer. For those who like an even bigger view, we suggest hooking your computer up to a large TV monitor in your workout room using a VGA cable. These are available at any electronics store.
