Taking my before picture was a very painful thing to do!! But, taking my after pictures was a breeze after taking the 10 week fat loss program! For the last twelve years I have been struggling with Crohns Disease and Bi-polar disorder. I don't know which illness was worse to deal with but I did know that I was exhausted from years of struggling with food issues. I have always had a huge interest in nutrition and fitness. As I tried to eat a special diet for fitness AND eat a diet to keep the crohns at bay, I soon started to get really frustrated with food all together. It got so out of control that I ended up in a psychiatric hospital for an eating disorder! I had visited that same hospital on three other occasions for the Bi-polar disorder. Then, when I wasn't in that hospital, I was getting bowel resections and surgeries from the Crohns. As I was going to be 40 this September, I had to make some drastic changes and I needed help! I found the ME team just in time!! As soon as I started the program, my mood was drastically better! I have never had to use any of my pain medication since I started. And, all my medications have dropped in doses!! My body doesn't feel puffy and bloated anymore!! I FEEL FANTASTIC & half my age!!! I will practice mastering the fat loss lifestyle forever!
