The Metabolic Effect online fat loss coaching program is a self-paced, email based body change and coaching program. It is designed to determine the key areas of your metabolism that must be supported to burn fat more efficiently.  In addition, it screens brain chemistry with in-depth questionnaires to pinpoint imbalances and eliminate some of the traditional challenges with willpower during lifestyle change. 

Once your unique metabolic tendencies are identified through the screening questionnaires, you will be placed into one of three diet categories based on your burner type (sugar burner, muscle burner, or mixed burner). Since everyone's metabolic needs are different, through the course of the program you will learn to use your body's biofeedback tools (hunger, cravings and energy) to adjust the diet perfectly to your needs.  You will also be given instructions on the exercise protocols required to accelerate fat burning and improve muscle tone and body shape.  You will also receive a tailored supplementation program to help support your goals.
 
The strength of the program lies in the coaching component.  You will be interacting continuously with the Metabolic Effect staff throughout the process. You will receive daily emails and weekly audio lectures that  cover everything you could ever hope to know about fat loss and the new fat loss lifestyle.  These lectures focus on diet and exercise, but also cover lifestyle and belief.  You will learn tools that will last a lifetime and will serve you in your new lifestyle.  In addition, you will be able to interact with our fat loss group page on FB.  This page is an online platform where participants encourage, support and ask questions of other participants, past and present, to facilitate learning through shared experiences.
 
Finally, this program is meant to deliver results, and is not a quick fix or crash diet.  Instead, the program teaches the new science of fat loss and helps you learn, practice and master sustainable habits to last long after the 10 weeks are over. Past participants often refer to the program as "fat loss school".  However, just like paying tuition for college, paying the fee does not guarantee you the grade.  You will get all the information you need and plenty of guidance along the way, but it is up to you to take action.

Note: This program is a stand-alone internet based coaching program. This format has been shown to be as effectvie or more effectvie than one-on-one coaching.

Note: Because there is some preparation required, if you register on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday you will be added to the following week's roster. Audio files are in zip format and you will also need Adobe Acrobat Reader.
