Why ME ?
The ME workouts provide high intensity exercise programs using movement & resistance to provide a stimulus for weight loss, increased functionality, and optimal fitness. A truly developed physiology incorporates strength, speed, balance and coordination. ME training allows full development of all these parameters while creating the physiological stimulus needed for lasting weight loss.
How does it work?
The ME workouts are conducted in an interval based format and include both cardiovascular and resistance training. The standard ME workout uses multiple joint and hybrid type movements along with full body calisthenics to burn maximum calories and create a “ripple effect” on the metabolism that lasts long after the exercise has stopped.
ME training provides real results in less time by:
• Using full body exercises so clients burn maximum calories in minimum time.
• Generating the correct intensity for hormonal fat burning
• Creating an increased metabolism that lasts hours and even days after exercise (the ripple effect).
• Adding fat burning “machinery” to the body so clients burn more calories at rest.
• Using exercises that develop increased fitness and enhanced body function.
• Taking the guess work out of exercising. All the client has to do is show up ready to work; the trainers will do the rest.
• Delivering a holistic workout that trains balance, flexibility, and coordination, as well as strength and endurance
• Coaching on nutrition, diet & lifestyle as well as giving clients the ability to track their progress, easily schedule sessions, and educate themselves on the correct lifestyle suited for them.
