The ME Classes: ME (indoor and outdoor):

The original, science-based, 30 minute workout formulated to stimulate fat burning for days after the workout. ME has changed the group exercise world through its 4 unique methodologies.

  • Controlled high intensity- ME is a high intensity workout that is able to be individually tailored to a participant’s fitness level and experience through its unique “Metabolic Exertion Scale” (MES).
  • Group Personal training - ME successfully combines the camaraderie and energy of group exercise with the motivation and direction of personal training.
  • Failure Based Workout- ME is the first group exercise class to successfully implement the concept of progressive overload. The body must be pushed to respond, and ME is able to accomplish this safely and within the limits of the individual.
  • Full Body Movements- ME only uses multiple joint, multiple muscle, and hybrid based exercises. This integrates the whole body in every exercise and is the most efficient and beneficial way to exercise for weight loss and health.

ME CYCLE:

A full speed, interval based workout on a bike. Like the original ME, this workout uses the controlled high intensity concept, is based on achieving “failure”, and employs the group personal training concept. There are 2 speeds in ME cycle; full speed and rest. This workout delivers better results in half the time of traditional bike based workouts.

ME CYCLE & BUILD:

Using the traditional ME method of “work hard and rest hard,” this class combines short periods of group cycling intervals, coupled with off-the-bike ME style movements to get each participant to failure several times.
