We are a new company based in Winston-Salem, NC however, we have a combined 30 years of experience training and are also trained specifically in how the body works.

Jade Teta ND, CSCS
Medically trained for 6 years in natural health, Jade holds a degree in biochemistry and is a doctor of naturopathic medicine. In addition to his medical training, Jade is a CSCS (NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) and an ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) health and fitness instructor. He has over ten years experience in the fitness field having trained clients in LA, NYC, Seattle, and NC. He is certified in CPR and First Aid and acts as a fitness and health consultant to corporations and individuals.

Keoni Teta ND, LAc, CSCS
Keoni holds a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and a Master’s degree in Acupuncture from Bastyr University, CSCS (NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) and an ACSM healthand fitness instructor, and is CPR certified. He brings 10 years of personal training experience, 4 years of clinical work in natural medicine and 2 years of clinical work in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture to helping people in the pursuit of fitness and health.

Both Keoni and Jade have trained clients from every walk of life and discipline, from professional athletes to stay-at-home moms.
