Snacks for Sugar Burners

Hi all! My results designated me as a sugar burner this past week which surprised me as last June when I answered the questionnaire from the book I was deemed a muscle burner. Nonetheless, as a newly designated sugar burner,  what is a good snack? Is fruit alone advisable? I really enjoy blackberries but wonder if I need to include a protein with my snacks? Thanks!

an apple and a handful of almonds
celery and nut butter
chopped up protein bar
green peppers and an ounce of cheese

these are some of my favorite snacks, and I am a sugar burner

Hey Amanda, I like ThinkThin bars, which meet the requirements of a sugar burner.  I wouldn't go for the cheese BTW.

Hello

Well I have learn through the fat loss program that if I really want to burn that fat off faster was to just have a big plate of cut up vegetables for my morning and afternoon snacks. I have been doing that for almost 11 months and I find it the easiest snack to prepare and a lot less headache plus the added benefit of burning extra fat for me. All other options are off for me because I have a really stubborn body that just does not want to leave the mid teen % far level, and I desperately want it below 10%. Just can't get there though but this is for another post.

Good luck to everyone who reads this.
