CANCELLATION POLICY

ORDERS- Order cancellations can be handled through your user account and management section of the site. If your order has already been processed but not yet been sent, there will be a $10 handling and restocking fee. For order cancellations by email please include the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or already shipped out.

APPOINTMENTS- Metabolic Effect workouts offered at gyms are subject to that particular fitness centers policies and procedures. Independent contractors of the metabolic effect workouts will have their own policies and procedures regarding ME appointment cancellations.  However, when using the ME online scheduling system there is an 8 hour cutoff for sign-ups and cancellations.  If cancellation is not given by this time you will be billed/charged the amount of the services scheduled.

WORKOUT CREDIT EXPIRATION- Workout credits purchased using Metabolic Effect’s online scheduling and billing system expire 6 months after purchase, are non-refundable, and not transferable between parties.

RETURN POLICY

ORDERS- There is a 30-day return policy on all unopened dietary supplements. All clothing items, documents, workout credits, and other products and services are non-refundable. There is a $20 return fee for shipping, handling, and restocking items.
We require the following information to process your return: (Note: Your return will not be processed if you do not provide ALL required information.)

Any package that has not been received by contactme@metaboliceffect.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

ORDERS NOT RECEIVED

Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, Metabolic Effect Inc. is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. You must notify us within 15 days if order is not received.

OUT OF STOCK  ITEMS
Subsequently, from time to time, if we are not able to fulfill your order, you will be notified via email for any item that is temporarily out of stock or simply cannot be fulfilled. An immediate credit will be issued to your credit card or any other method of payment that you choose.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped, on average, within 48-72 hours from the time your order is placed. On average you should expect to receive your order within 8-12 business days from the time that you place your order.
